We have had several days of rain. And while I think a few more are in the forecast, today was sunny all day! That lifted my spirits! Vitamin D, warmth, light coming in the windows all combined today to make me very happy.
Oh, the day was not perfect…
There are still daily battles to face.
There are things I worry about.
There is pain in the lives of people I know and some I do not know at all.
Powers might clash, harsh words may be exchanged and violence may ensue at any given time.
God’s amazing love might be neglected and ignored all day by some and perhaps by many.
But I still cherished today as I pulled weeds, dug in the dirt and admired God’s greenery.
And there it was — the sunshine!
Let’s let the SON shine!
