MEET OUR FOUNDER

I'm Tiffany - Spinal Energetics Practitioner, a Soul Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Energy Therapist, IET Practitioner, Intuitive, and Master Manifestor.  I help you learn how to live life from the eyes of your soul and heal the shadowy parts of yourself that hold you back.  Spirit + Soul Studio was founded with a mission based in integrity to help you on your spiritual journey.  It's a reminder that you're never alone as you walk this sometimes confusing path.  

I’m a wife to the love of my life, Andrew (you’ll find LOTS of videos of him cleaning and organizing the shop in his Virgo ways on our IG!) and mom to two boys, Gavin + Nico. I was in Corporate America for over 15 years and was able to take my side business and make it an incredible, successful reality.  I live and breathe intentional living and manifesting your best life because I have been able to do it - and continue to do so every day.

Myself, along with our teachers and staff, are your 24/7 spiritual hype team equipping you with modern approaches to soulful learning and transformation. It's time to up level your current spiritual journey.
