Understanding which numeric vibration you’re working with helps you become better prepared for the certain themes that will pop up, and can become instrumental in going with the flow and working with the energies as opposed to trying to fight against them.

For 2024, we are in a collective year 8. This gets determined by adding up the values of 2+0+2+4 = which equals 8!

8 is the number of abundance - and this include an abundance in wealth, health, love, joy, everything.

So while we are in a collective year 8 (meaning this energy affects everyone all year long), each month of this year will also hold a specific vibration to add to that collective 8 energy.

We determine the numerology of March by adding 03 (March is the third month!) to 2024.

0+3+2+0+2+4 = 11 and then we can further break that down to 1+1 = 2.

However, since 11 is a Master Number (master numbers are the repeating numbers 11, 22, 33) not only do we have that 2 energy, but we also have the heightened energy of an 11 at play here!

This means March will be extra magnetic!

11 month plus an 8 collective year means: get ready to manifest as 11 holds the master vibration of manifestation; of wishes come true.

Honestly, I’d even dub this as “Money March!” Spend as much time as you can this month manifesting money. Set your intentions, do money rituals, use some of Frank’s money products (like his Money spray, Money candle, Money spell kit, or Abundance Rice!), do money meditations on the Intention by Spirit + Soul app, and overall really be cognitive of how you speak and think about money. Remember, what you believe you receive. So, if you’re constantly on about how expensive things are and how bills are hard to pay - that’s what you’ll receive. Instead, if you try a little experiment this month and consistently pretend that money comes easily and frequently, everything is affordable, bills can be paid with ease plus extra - I guarantee you’ll start to see major shifts. The energy really supports manifesting abundance this month, so if you were ever going to shift your money mindset, now would be the best time.

& don’t forget, March also holds St. Patrick’s Day, which is another extra lucky day to support your wishes coming true!

Along with the 11, since this is also a collective 2 month, March will also bring about an extra magical boost of getting into alignment, harmony, and balance. Which is perfect because the best way to manifest is to get into alignment with your truest self.

2 also leans into partnerships and relationships, so with the 11 and 8 also at play, this is a great month to call in more harmony in your relationships as well as manifesting divine partnerships with an abundance of love.

It’s also a great time to manifest collaborations in the workplace that will help you get to the next level.

So overall, find ways to get into alignment with the your most authentic self (I personally believe the best way to do that is to meditate as often as possible and do more of what brings you joy!), set intentions for divine relationships, and do all you can to manifest that money!

Manifesting my soulmate and finding ultimate true love has been one of my favorite manifestations in my life thus far. Like many individuals who long for true, deep, romantic love… my journey did not start out as an easy one. I used to roll my eyes every time I saw an engagement post on Facebook. I’d feel lonely and depressed at weddings. I believed that none of those things would ever become possible for me. Then, through shadow work, I learned that what I was actually feeling was jealousy.

Jealousy can be a wonderful spiritual teacher. When we feel jealous, it is a reminder that what we are seeing, seeing that someone has something that we want and crave, is a mirror. It is a reflection to show that we are worthy of all our desires.

Once I realized this, I began to train my mind to turn every jealous feeling into a positive mindset and affirmation that I am worthy of what I am witnessing. It started out as a conscious shift, that eventually became second nature to me. Every time I saw someone get engaged, I’d congratulate them, and remind myself that it would happen for me too! I celebrated others’ joy and love as if it were my own!

From there, I started focusing on the love I already had in my life. Not romantic love, but familial love and friendship. And in doing so, I nurtured the relationships I already had, and began to see myself through my loved ones’ eyes. I saw myself as a genuine, loving being, who is so worthy of finding true love, a spouse, a partner to start a family with.

By consistently giving care and gratitude to my family and friends, I opened up my heart chakra, loved myself deeper than I ever had before, and fully believed my true love was on his way to me! These mindset shifts were what I needed to magnetize myself for love. I hadn’t just believed, I knew, that my soulmate was on his way to me.

And sure enough, I met my husband not long after I changed my mindset around love. So the next time you feel jealousy or sadness that someone else is celebrating their true love, remind yourself they are your mirror! They are demonstrating the love YOU are worthy of! And keep nurturing and tending to the love you already have in your life. You will feel abundant in love every single day!

If you know me today, you may see I have a relationship that I call a dream come true. But, before that, I once felt love was my biggest struggle area. And in order to get to my happily ever after, I personally did so much work to change my mindset around love.

In my mid-twenties when I realized my love life was less than the magical fairy tale I always dreamed it would be, I knew something needed to change. So I dug deep and really analyzed my limiting beliefs. I realized I had been constantly thinking for years things like: “I never meet anyone good” “there’s no one good to date” “Boys my age don’t want a committed relationship” and because I was thinking that, that’s what was manifesting as my reality.

So my number one best tip to manifesting love is to watch the words you speak and think about love! Whatever you think, feel, and believe about love is exactly what is going to show up in your reality.

Once I consciously made an effort to realign my thoughts (and I did this by catching myself every time I defaulted to my old “stories” around love and replacing them with the new thoughts of: “it’s so easy to meet someone amazing!” “I have so many options!” “there’s someone good who wants a committed relationship!”Etc), it’s no coincidence that my true love manifested into my life.

While consciously editing the way you speak and think about love is the most important tip, here’s also what I believe is the most fun tip around manifesting love:

Utilizing movies and TV shows!

Watching rom-coms and TV shows with the cutest romances actually help you attract love!

Our subconscious brains don’t know the difference between our reality and perceived reality, so when you are watching a TV show or rom-com and feeling all the feelings as you root for your favorite couple to get together, your brain is going to think that’s what you’re actually experiencing. Thus, that’s the energy that’s going to get projected into the universe and come back to you manifesting!

I personally realized that this is such a powerful and easy way to manifest love because I actually did it twice this way - both times on accident!  In high school, I watched Gossip Girl and my teenage self absolutely adored the Love Triangle between Blair, Chuck, and Nate … and I remember just feeling it so deeply in my heart how romantic and dramatic that seemed. So, it’s no coincidence that as a seventeen year old, I accidentally manifested myself right in the middle of a love triangle 🤣🙈

Several years later, I had been binge re-watching my all-time favorite sitcom, The Office, on repeat… and this time around, Jim and Pam’s romance hit me soooo hard. I remember my heart just radiating with love for how cute of story they had and I remember just thinking “I want that!”

Not too long after, I manifested a new job, and while there I quickly became good friends with one of my co-workers to the point where we evolved into actual best friends. We were constantly goofing around, laughing, had so many inside jokes. We texted all the time, went to hockey games together, and even hung out outside of work as I invited him along to hangouts with my friends from time to time. We just clicked and had that amazing, effortless chemistry. And then slowly over time, it started to feel like something more. It shifted into realizing we were in love with each other.

Now all those years later, that co-worker, is now my fiancé. Literally, the same as Jim and Pam’s story!  And I know, it’s absolutely no coincidence, that it all came together after watching their love and feeling I wanted the same.

Meaning, your birthday has an energetic vibration, every year has an energetic vibration (both on a collective level and personal level), every day, and every month.

For this post, I’m going to share with you the energetic vibration for this second month of 2024, and give you insights into what energy you can expect for February!

The year 2024 as a whole, we are in a collective year 8.

The collective year means it’s an energy that we all experience (in addition to our personal year number, which would be our birth date and month plus the current year!)

We determine the collective year simply by adding up the value of 2024 and reducing it down to single digits. In this case, just 2+0+2+4 which equals 8!

An 8 collective year represents a year for abundance. This means an increase in money, an increase in love, in good times. It’s a great time to follow your heart and put yourself out there because the vibration holds that extra level of potential success there to support you.

Just the same as how each year has a collective energy, each month also has a collective energy that we all experience.

Now, to determine the collective energy for each particular month, you would add the month’s number to the collective year.

Since we’re in February, the second month, that would be 0 + 2 + 2 + 0 + 2 +4 , which equals 10, and breaking that down 1 + 0  = 1.

Which means February 2024 is a 1 month.

1 represents new beginnings. It’s a fresh start as we enter a new cycle. (Remember cycles are 1-9!)

Last month, January was a collective 9 month, meaning it was a great time to tie up any lose ends and let things go - or if you didn’t let it go, the Universe most likely made you let it go! A great example of this could be a lay off from a job that you wanted to leave anyway or a fight with a toxic friend who you should’ve cut from your life long ago or even just challenges that forced you to make mindset shifts.

Now, as we transition out of that 9 month phase, we begin our new cycle that will last us the next 9 months. So, anything that you’d like to achieve from now until October, this would be the perfect time to get that going as the collective energy really supports that.

Since we are in a collective 8 year, starting new things in a 1 month can almost ensure successful endeavors and extra abundance. (So definitely do your money manifestations this month! Begin a new ritual or routine!)

1 also holds the vibration of leadership and innovation. So, this month you could be flushed with new ideas or asked to really step into your power as a leader. And of course, paired with the collective number 8, these ideas will definitely help you out financially.

Stay open to receive and don’t be afraid to literally ask the Universe for abundant opportunities to come your way. 1 is also the manifestation number!

The energetic vibration of 1 is also very “me” focused. So, take care of yourself this month, find what brings you joy, focus on your self-care, and that will also help you tap into your abundance!

If you remember in Frozen 2 Olaf saying water has memory - he was actually right! Water absorbs our words and vibrations (google Dr. Emoto’s water consciousness experiment- it’s super fascinating!). Speaking positive affirmations into our daily tea turns it into a magical spell, allowing you to infuse yourself with those positive vibrations. It takes no extra time from your usual morning drink, but adds so much value.

So here’s how you can conduct your daily morning tea ritual:

Step 1: Grab your favorite mug and your favorite Spirit + Soul Ritual Tea! I personally like Gratitude to start my day, but Love is a close second!

Step 2: While you’re waiting for your water to boil and tea to brew, take this time to write down some of your affirmations or desired manifestations. I recommend using my journal Finding Joy in the Journey - it has super simple daily prompts for all 365 days of the year and is quick and easy to fit into even the busiest of schedules.

Step 3: Now that your tea is ready, grab your Soul Stirrer. Our bestselling Soul Stirrers each align with a specific chakra. Every day, choose whichever one you feel you need more of (example: Use the Root Chakra stirrer to bring in more grounding and abundance, use Heart Chakra to call in more love, use Solar Plexus to trust your gut more!). Stir your soul stirrer in your tea clockwise as you state your intentions and positive affirmations.

Step 4: When you’re done stirring, whisper words of gratitude into your tea. You can repeat “thank you” or you can just state positive words like “love” “magic” “health” “wealth” “Harmony” “peace.” Whatever feels aligned to you!

Step 5: Drink your tea! Be very mindful and as you feel the tea going down, visualize it glowing as a beautiful golden light. Imagine all those positive words and affirmations being infused into your soul.

Step 6: Repeat! With each sip, imagine more and more beautiful, vibrant light and empowering words filling your entire body.

Step 7: *Bonus!* If you feel inclined, feel full to get your favorite oracle deck and pull one card as your message for the day.

And that’s all! A super simple tea ritual that you can incorporate into your day every single morning. It’s sure to bring you so much confidence and love to fuel you for the rest of your day.

Which can often be easier said than done. Our human lives and human brains are very complicated, so it’s only natural for us to feel all the ups and downs of our emotions and the human experience in general.

However, for me personally, there’s been 5 mindset shifts I’ve been able to make that have made a huge difference in how I go through life. They’ve really kept me feeling empowered, on track, and overall have helped me manifest some amazing things (like winning Wheel of Fortune and receiving my dream love story that led to a Parisian engagement!)

Keep these ideas in mind have helped me get through any challenge and I know they’ll help you too!

1. Rejection is Redirection

One of the biggest shifts for me personally happened when I just deeply accepted that rejection was always protection and redirection to something so much better. Instead of letting myself feel that rejection meant there was something wrong with me, I chose to see it as the Universe had something better for me. Think of it this way, in love, sometimes we really want it to be this one person - but it just doesn’t work out. But then, because it didn’t work out, you were single and available to meet the one person who was perfect for you in every way possible! In jobs, you may get turned down from interviews and sure it hurts, but maybe it didn’t happen because that place would’ve made you miserable and treated you unfairly. And by not getting that job, you were available to interview and receive one you loved. Or maybe getting passed over for that promotion was your “enough is enough” moment that led you to create your own job and be your own boss! Understand that every closed door is to keep you from going into rooms that aren’t for your highest good. The right doors will always open for you, while the wrong doors will always remain closed. What’s meant for you will never ever pass you. So if you’re getting turned down, instead of taking it so personally, choose to celebrate. Feel gratitude that it represents the Universe is protecting you and has something so much better waiting for you. When rejection happens, you don’t have to change your plan, you just have to realize there’s a better way to receive it and that better way will come to you in divine timing.Which brings us to the next life changing mindset shift -

2. Divine Timing

Everything in the Universe will happen exactly when it’s meant to, no sooner, no later. I often explain this in terms of baking a cake. If you take it out of the oven too soon, it’s going to be a sloppy mess. As humans, we’re impatient and we want things now. But the Universe has its own timeline. The Universe is endlessly patient. It plays a chess match, knowing when to make the right moves in order for you to win. The more you surrender and accept in the Universe’s timeline rather than the your own, the easier life gets. Seriously, stop fighting the timing. Worrying doesn’t make things happen any sooner, so you might as well enjoy the journey and deeply know there’s a reason for everything. You may want to meet your soulmate right now - but maybe they’re dating someone else or they haven’t moved to your city yet or maybe they’re emotionally not in a good place for the relationship. Keep in mind, just because it’s not happening now doesn’t mean it never will. There’s always a reason and that reason is purely timing!

3. How people treat you is a reflection of their own triggers and actually has nothing to do with you.

This one was massive for me. I’ve encountered so many people in my own life, co-workers or former friends, who have been mean to me for literally zero reason. Sometimes it’d make me feel bad and wonder what I did wrong or what was unlikeable about me, but eventually, I realized it’s because something about me, about my positivity or hopefulness (or even in some cases, me having a romantic relationship, me being a certain weight they desired to be, or me getting promoted while they didn’t) triggered these people to no end. Instead of them recognizing that the key to improving their life lied in their own hands, they chose to blame others (such as myself) and be mean because those others (or myself) represented what they didn’t have. Most times others are mean or jerks because their parents were rude to them and their parents were horrible to them and so on. Generational trauma is such a huge factor in people’s behavior. Either way, whether it’s a stranger or someone you know, happy people aren’t mean. If someone is being rude to you, it’s because there’s something unhealed within them. All you can do is not let them trigger you and not let their behavior define anything about you. Understand it’s all within them, so say a prayer for them, send them light, and move on. They’re not worth draining your energy.

4. Just the same as recognizing other people are operating from their own triggers, it’s so key to recognize your own triggers and work through them!

We’re human, even if we’re on our kind “love and light” spiritual path, we’re not perfect. If we were, we wouldn’t have incarnated because we’d have nothing left to learn. We, too, get triggered by others. We, too, have our own generational trauma or past life trauma that affects our behavior. So while we can recognize others are triggered, it’s important for us to do that shadow work ourselves. Anytime feelings of jealousy, doubt, worry, anger, or fear come up, anytime we want to lash out or judge someone else, it’s so important for us to look inwards and ask ourselves: “Where is this really coming from?” “What is the root cause of why is this bothering me?” If it’s not something you can answer instantly, try going into a deep meditation and connect to your guides to see maybe parts of your past or past lives to answer. We each have a responsibility to do our own shadow work and heal ourselves so we don’t take our triggers out unfairly on others.

5. Gratitude is the key to everything.

Gratitude really is the magic ingredient that will supercharge your life. The Universe’s favorite energy is one of gratitude and pure love. So the more and more you feel grateful for everything you already have, the more the Universe will respond to your energy, and bring you additional things to be grateful for. Feel grateful for the little things, for the simple things, for the everyday things you may overlook and take for granted. And to manifest, feel grateful for what you want and deeply show the Universe you trust that the second you ask, it’s already figuring out a path to get it to you. And while you’re waiting for that divine timing, just feel grateful for it. Feel grateful for every second of life and watch as your life changes.

These Archangels are popular for a reason; they‘ve proven time and time again to be super magical and super helpful. However, there’s actually hundreds of others of Archangels ready for you to call upon - ones that can help you in ways you might not have thought of!

I’m going to share with you five of my favorite and most helpful lesser known Archangels…. but first, a little recap in case you’re new to angels entirely.

Archangels are spirits of the highest level of love, and part of their divine purpose is to help us humans here on the Earth plane. However, there’s only one catch - Archangels can’t help us unless we specifically ask … and most people don’t ask!

As humans, we have free-will and the Archangels want us to be able to navigate within that and not interfere in our choices. From their point of view, interfering may hinder our learning experience (think of how sometimes parents let kids make their own mistakes!). So, they let us do our thing. Still, your angels never leave you and are always willing to help just as soon as you say the word.

I always encounter people who are afraid of bothering the Archangels or coming off as annoying- but that’s the thing about Archangels, they don’t have human emotions. They’re supreme beings of light. They are truly radiating on another level of compassion and understanding. They don’t feel bothered or annoyed and they certainly aren’t bothered or annoyed by you asking to help make your life a little easier!

So by all means, ask them for help. They want to help you!

Honestly, think of the Archangels like a friend. A friend you see frequently and have deep life chats with will often evolve into a best friend, meanwhile a friend you never reach out to will usually fade away. The more you call upon your angels, the stronger your relationship will become and the easier it will be to understand, listen to, and receive their guidance.

Barachiel

Archangel Barachiel has a vibrant green aura and is an Archangel who can help us with wealth and finances. So if you’ve been struggling with money or even if you just want more (because remember we’re meant to be abundant!), go into meditation and ask Barachiel to help show you your money blocks and to dive deep into that shadow work. Together, you can clear those blocks out to make you a shimmering money magnet. You can also call upon Barachiel in your day-to-day life when you want to feel more abundant in every way.

Cassiel

Archangel Cassiel is such an important angel as they help us overcome feelings of fear and rejection. Cassiel has a brown aura and can be very healing especially after a break-up, friend drama, or even after a multitude of career rejections (such as getting laid off or turned down after a job interview). If you’re a writer, musician, actor, or artist who depends on other people saying “yes” to give you a chance, and all you’re getting is “no’s”, Cassiel can help you overcome that fear and feel confident moving forward to get that “yes”. This Archangel helps us understand and see the greater picture and realize that rejections are just redirections to something so much better. Call upon Cassiel anytime you are struggling with rejection and they’ll help show you why it’s happening (& absolutely remind you that something more aligned is on the way!) Cassiel can also help you overcome fears, especially the fear of getting hurt by putting yourself out there.

Chamuel

Over the years, Archangel Chamuel has become one of my absolute favorite Archangels and the one I work with most frequently. In short, Chamuel helps us find things - everything from our soulmates to our missing car keys. I cannot tell you how many times Chamuel has helped me find things like missing sunglasses, misplaced papers, or ID badges. To allow Chamuel to work their magic, I usually tell Chamuel what is missing and ask for help finding it… and then I completely clear my mind and wait. Sure enough within a few moments, I’ll l receive either words like “in your old jacket pocket” just pop into my head or I’ll feel a pull towards my closet, or I’ll just suddenly be directed towards searching under my car seat - and every time what I want is there. Chamuel is a miracle worker!

Jophiel

The Archangel of beauty with a lovely bright pink aura. Since she’s the Archangel of beauty, I love to call upon her for just that - feeling and looking beautiful. Some may think that’s silly or unimportant to ask the angels for such things, but once again, the angels want us to feel great! They want us to vibrate as our best selves - so if looking great helps us feel high vibe and aligned - then why not? Jophiel really loves to help us truly love ourselves and recognize our own inner beauty and radiant outer beauty. You can also have her help you have a great skin or hair day (especially great if you have a photoshoot, a wedding, or big event). I definitely recommend working with Jophiel if you’re looking to increase your self-love and self-image!

Jeremiel

Archangel Jeremiel has a lovely purple aura and helps us understand our path and our purpose. We get caught up in this 3D reality.  This world that has us moving so fast so we don’t question what’s actually going on.  We begin to live our monotonous life, unfulfilled, unhappy, and dissatisfied.  The sad part is, we think it’s normal.  We say things like “that’s life!”, and “same shit, another day” about a life we get to live one time.

ONE TIME.

The amount of time we get to be on this Earth, experiencing all it has to offer in all of its beauty, goes by in the blink of an eye.  Yet, we take it for granted because that’s what we are taught.

Until one day, you awaken.

You start to see life differently.  You begin to question your reality, your happiness, how you got here in the first place.  You start to question your relationships, your job, your hobbies, your purpose.  

And you realize that a lot of it is coming up lacking.  My hope for you is that right now, in this moment, you are happy in some parts of your life and questioning a hell of a lot about the rest of it.  The things that don’t resonate at all with you.  The things that leave your belly hurting and your heart heavy.
